2012-2013 Hunting Season

PRICE AND AVAILABILTY 

Our archery hunts are 5 ½ days.  The hunts begin on Sunday afternoon and finish Friday evening.

Accommodations are from Sunday to Saturday so that you have a little flexibility to get in and get out at your own pace.  Food is not included but a full kitchen is available in the Cabin and the Farmhouse.

The weeks  start on a Monday and end on the Sunday but you can come in on Sunday night and leave on Monday morning for your convenience.  The official dates from the ODNR are as follows:

Early season:      Opening week last week of September (September 24-30 )

$1750 per hunter ( semi-guided ) ,$2000per hunter ( fully- guided )

All pricing is for each hunter and semi-guided.  Add $250 for fully -guided per hunter.

Week 2  ( October 1- 7):    $1550

Week 3  (October 8 – 14):   $1550

Week 4  (October 15 – 21):  $1550

Week 5  (October 22- 28) Pre rut:  $ 1950

 

The Rut 

Week 1 (October 29- November  4):  $1950

Week 2 (November   5 – 11):  $1950

Week  3 (November 12- 18):  $1950

 

Youth Season:  $900  Starts the weekend after Thanksgiving  ( Arrive  Friday,November 23  leave Monday morning,November 26)

Gun season:  (Muzzleloader Only!)

Begins first Monday after Thanksgiving:  November 26

3,5 7 day hunts are available         (Monday – Sunday)

3 day hunt is typically Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday,but we can accommodate any three day s during that period

Muzzleloader only

3 day –$ 1800

5 day –$2500

7 day –$ 2800

Again all Prices include accommodations  but not food and are for each semi-guided hunter.  Add $250/per hunter for fully-guided.

Black Powder:  4 day hunt:  January  2013 (Dates to be determined)  (Thursday – Sunday) $2300

Late season Archery Hunts  –call for pricing

2nd weekend of gun season,2-Day Hunt – December 17-18 ( Arrive on Friday leave Monday) $1500

Cabin or Farmhouse are our normal accommodations but we can customize your stay upon request.  We have additional accommodations such as a primitive cabin,an authentic farmhouse or for the traditionalists – an authentic native American tipi and also a wall tent (outfitters tent wth  a wood -burning stove in it.)

Photo hunts are also available… you might photograph eastern wild turkey,whitetail deer,red-tail hawk,red or grey squirrel,a large variety of birds,coyote and the red fox… bring the entire family.
